Lisa Florida is a director of nursing acute care for Baylor Scott and White Health. She has over 15 years of experience in acute care nursing, with the last 14 years being in various nursing leadership roles. She has been nurse executive board certified since 2016. She received her master of science degree in nursing administration in 2016 and just completed the nurse executive fellowship program in 2019. She is passionate about innovation in nursing excellence and sharing knowledge within the nursing profession.
