Diane Boyle PhD, RN, FAAN

Dr. Diane Boyle is a Professor at the Fay W. Whitney School of Nursing at the University of Wyoming. Prior to her current position, Dr. Boyle was the Deputy Director and Co-principal Investigator of the National Database of Quality Indicators at the University of Kansas School of Nursing. She has been in nursing for over 40 years and has been a researcher and university faculty member for over 25 years. Dr. Boyle researches the relationships between RN job satisfaction, turnover, specialty certification, and patient outcomes.
