Charles "Wes" Foster is the current president of MSNCB. He has been an MSNCB board member since 2016, a member of AMSN since 1999, and has held the CMSRN credential since 2006. Wes has been the past chair and member of the Item Writers and Test Developers Committees for MSNCB. His nursing background has been in medical-surgical oncology for just over 25 years. He is nursing faculty at Mesa Community College in Mesa, AZ, where he teaches nursing fundamentals to first semester students.
