Elisa Romero has 14 years' experience as a medical surgical nurse with 11 of those years serving in various nurse leader roles in both the inpatient hospital and ambulatory care settings in the San Diego, California area. She has served in both non-profit health care organizations and state hospital systems. Elisa is passionate about connecting with and motivating nurses within our profession to pursue nursing leadership.
