Description

This presentation shares the development of a protocol, process, and education for a new practice of intravenous subanesthetic ketamine administration outside of the intensive care units to ensure nurse comfort and competence, patient safety, and positive patient outcomes.

Learning Outcome:
After completing this learning activity, the participant will be able to describe the use of low-fidelity simulation as a tool to provide nursing education.
