Description

This session describes the development of an interprofessional team to evaluate evidence-based strategies to improve pain reassessment compliance within 60 minutes, utilizing lean methodologies.

Learning Outcome:
After completing this learning activity, the participant will be able to gain knowledge on how to use lean tools to meet process improvement project goals.
