During this session, we will explore highly functional healthcare teams and their contributions to improving quality metrics. Most importantly, we will tackle the big questions. What can we do to build stronger teams when our clinical environments are so busy? And how can we intervene to create a stronger team when the team is frequently changing?

Interdisciplinary teamwork is a key for reaching patient goals. Collaboration between ancillary departments also assists in determining patient goals. Daily rounds are important for all healthcare providers to reevaluate patient goals.
