You're a superhero nurse and the first line of defense in this global pandemic, but this also means that you're at risk of infection, burnout, moral distress, and trauma. You are likely dealing with a wide range of extremely complicated emotions, like grief, anger, frustration, exhaustion, and terror. Who will take care of you? In this interactive webinar, you will learn how to use the emotional freedom technique (EFT), or tapping, an evidence-based complementary therapy that has been shown to decrease cortisol levels, treat PTSD, and allow individuals to manage stress and anxiety. Tapping can provide you with an easy and accessible source of self care, giving you an outlet to acknowledge difficult emotions and replace them with feelings of calm, hope, and courage. You will leave the webinar with enough knowledge to begin to incorporate tapping into your daily life during the coronavirus crisis.
