Despite the efforts of several organizations, there remains a confusion concerning the use of 10 mL syringes and the dilution of infusion medications. In this webinar we will discuss the history of when and how the confusion began, current standards of practice for proper central vascular access device care, and safe medication practices to decrease risk of medication errors.
