Nurses will learn how to protect their most valuable asset, their license, by using an acronym called GIFTS. When nurses use their GIFTS, they are able to improve patient care while legally protecting their license.

Presenter was knowledgeable about this topic and any related issues. Content very relevant, direct, concise and informative. Engaging presentation. Very enlightening to learn that I can be placed on probation for not answering the call light of a patient assigned to another nurse.
