Description

This interactive session reviews the last decade of evidence during the smart pump evolution in nursing practice. Guidelines for safe and effective use of smart pumps as a complex technology are discussed from a nursing and human factors perspective. Participants are guided to improve patient safety in clinical practice through informed decision-making.
