the instructor was great, she taught well and engaged with the class. only thing, the printing in the handbook was too fine for some to read.

Printing way to small to be helpful as a resource.

Very engaging instructor; great personal examples used to promote understanding of subject material. Workbook would be better if slides were printed 2/page or larger. Three slides/page makes it difficult to read and review concepts. Or, provide a link to the presentation for attendees to print needed pages larger.

Again, I enjoyed this review. The book and the power point did not line up exactly this day, but the instructor was able to review everything in our books with no problem.

I took this class on September 6-7, 2018 and it was a great class. I learned new information that I did not learn during my associate degree program from 2007-2009. I have my BSN and despite this education I feel that I can improve upon my patient care delivery through this Medical-Surgical Certification Course. The only thing I would change is to have the instructor not go off on discussion tangents and present more sample questions to classmates can demonstrate what they have just learned. This always cements information further into my brain.

would be helpful to break the classes to 3 days may be, very long, lost interest after few hours, as will as hard to concentrate for 7-8 hours.
