The speaker really has an extensive knowledge and experiences to share. I love the way she simplify the nursing theories, was easy to understand. Her actual examples are what a typical medsurg floor encounters oftentimes. Definitely, skills and self awareness will be improved in taking care of the difficult and demanding patients. Thanks.
