Description

This session shares the efforts of a group of clinical nurse leaders and a charge RN to develop an evidence-based, hands-on competency to increase staff nurse confidence and ensure best practice for ventilator/tracheostomy patients through collaboration with experts to promote communication and coordination of care.

Contact hours available until 9/14/2016.
