This session shares how your organization can find itself "STEPPIN" into improved patient safety, communication, and teamwork by using the TeamSTEPPS integration. Discussions include the importance of leadership during transition, how to fully integrate the program at a microsystem level and have an action plan for proper transition, and the correlation between the program and safety reporting data for patients.
