Establishing healthy boundaries is essential to avoid “work-life imbalance.” In fact, healthy boundaries are the cornerstone selfcare tool for digital detox and “work-life harmony.” This presentation invites you to do a course correction for personal resiliency and become empowered as you embrace the vitality of 21st century self-care strategies, with a few laughs along the way.
