I agree that at first glance another test would definitely put strain on my desire to remain CMSRN. I am already OCN. I have not yet completed my first recert with the ONS, but it sounds like CMSRN is trending toward similar recert as OCN. I do not mind doing the ILNA as long as it is convienent. Give us links to resources for CEUs etc. I am a traveling RN so I have my certs both for looking good on a resume (giving faith to those who dont know me) and because I am internally motivated to keep learning.

I may look into a certification more in line with my role as a NCM. I find the links to resources helpful and educational.

This was a great article and I also agree that learning something new and pertinent to my everyday situation and it is essential to not "learn just to learn". Thanks for your time in this important and meaningful matter.
